About Cala Llonga

Cala Llonga is one of Ibiza's most family-friendly beaches โ€” a perfectly proportioned horseshoe bay on the east coast, framed by pine-covered hillsides and offering calm, shallow water that's exceptionally safe for children of all ages.

The beach is sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds, making it ideal for water sports and swimming even when conditions are breezier elsewhere on the island. A small resort village has grown up around the bay, providing excellent amenities including restaurants, beach bars, a water sports centre, and shops, without losing the intimate character of the cove.

The boat trips that depart from Cala Llonga during summer are a great way to explore the coastline โ€” visiting hidden caves and otherwise inaccessible coves along Ibiza's east coast. The location is also convenient: just 8 kilometres south of the vibrant town of Santa Eulalia del Rรญo.
