Asia's most legendary surf destination — world-class right-hand point breaks on Sri Lanka's wild east coast.
Arugam Bay has been on the global surf map since the 1960s. The main point break delivers long, consistent right-handers that work from April to October. A few kilometres north, Peanut Farm is a wilder, completely undeveloped point break that rewards the effort with uncrowded, powerful waves. Both breaks are right-handers and work best in a south to south-east swell.
Sri Lanka's #1 surf break — a long, consistent right-hand point with board hire and lessons available. Works best Apr–Oct.
An undeveloped, powerful point break for advanced surfers. No facilities, rarely crowded, and breathtakingly wild.
